No Returns- Only Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene considerations, we do not offer returns on purchased items.

To ensure quality assurance and accuracy, we share a packaging video from our end before dispatch so you can be assured of receiving the correct product in perfect condition.

Exchanges may be considered only in exceptional cases where a damaged or incorrect product has been received.

Physical damage caused due to mishandling, improper usage, accidental breakage, or wear and tear after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
